50th Reunion Profile Form

Be Part of the 1976 Yearbook for Our 50th Reunion

There are two ways to participate in our special class book:

The first is to share highlights of your life and memories of our time together at Colgate by completing this profile form. If you have any questions about how to complete this form or submit photos, please contact Margie Palladino at margie@reunionsreinvented.com. Margie is a Colgate University alumna, class of 1982, and is helping us create our Reunion Yearbook.

The second is to submit your reflections of classmates who have passed away. Please send your remembrances in an email or Word document (no pdfs) to margie@reunionsreinvented.com. You are welcome to submit your reflections even if youu lost touch with them after graduation. There is no word limit—even a few sentences are appreciated, and you may attach photos too.

Deadline for submission of your profile form and reflections of deceased classmates: October 15, 2025.

Your Family and Those Near and Dear To You (optional)
Please tell us about your family or household (your spouse/partner, children, grandchildren) and all whose lives are closely linked with yours (including pets).
Your Life Over the Past 50 Years (optional)
Please provide an autobiographical entry along with a recent photograph of yourself (see the next section of this form to upload photos). Of course, it’s up to you what you’d like to share about your life story. Entries that reflect on experiences that have shaped our lives since Colgate—especially as they might relate to our time at the university—are more interesting and stimulating than just a straightforward resumé.

Topics you might consider: the places where you have lived; the work you’ve done, including military service; what work you’re doing now, paid or unpaid; service to the community; interests and hobbies; what you are passionate about; your plans for the future; what your classmates might be surprised to learn about you; what matters to you most in life 50 years since graduation; in short, anything that tells your story in whatever way you want to tell it.
Colgate and You (optional)
Our years at Colgate were marked by significant change in the college and in the nation. Please share your memories of your Colgate days and/or your reflections about how Colgate has impacted your life. These might be recollections of any event, course, professor, or classmate that made a lasting impact.
